Under general supervision of the Academic Human Resources (AHR) Supervisor, this position will perform various administrative duties: calendaring; drafting correspondences and reports; updating and maintaining the AHR website; planning events; ordering office supplies; processing travel reimbursements; reconciling expenses; and providing back-up reception support. Responsible for maintaining various electronic personnel and recruitment files; providing recruitment, onboarding and visa processing support; providing training support; and processing service and retirement awards.
Covered under University series concept / job specification for classification 4722. Under general direction works on operational and/or procedural assignments that require the exercise of considerable discretion and independent judgment. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
This position is a career appointment that is 100% fixed.
This position is eligible for hybrid flexible work arrangements, for applicants living in the State of California, at this time. Please note that hybrid flexible work arrangements are subject to change by the University.
Min $24.66/hr. to Mid $29.62/hr.
